Description

4-star resort located in a natural environment directly connected to the Ria Formosa. It has 340 rooms distributed across two buildings, operating under an all-inclusive regime. It offers a variety of services in the areas of dining, culture, sports, and wellness activities.

Challenge

The overall plan focused on the complete conversion of the previous apartment accommodation units into rooms and common-use spaces. The project was scheduled to be carried out in three phases. The design of the 152 rooms aimed to evoke an atmosphere of natural elements inspired by the surroundings of the Ria Formosa, with touches of sophistication in certain materials such as wood and stone. By taking advantage of the transparency effects of glass and the concept of open and interconnected spaces, the issue of the limited room size was overcome, offering the client an environment of lightness, sophistication, and comfort.
