Description

A 3-star tourist village located less than 1 km from Armação de Pêra beach. It comprises 68 one-bedroom apartments, a swimming pool and a central building housing guest support services.

Challenge

With its image already very outdated, we took on the client's challenge of carrying out a full renovation of the 68 apartments, the central support building and all the roofs within a maximum of 9 months, allowing the client to plan its tourism operation for the following summer of 2026 without losing revenue during the most important months of the year.
