A 4-star hotel located on Falésia Beach. It is a resort with an all-inclusive service, offering a total of 314 accommodation units, including 263 standard rooms, 11 suites, and 40 superior rooms. In addition to several outdoor pools, it has an indoor pool, a spa, and a jacuzzi.

Challenge

Working on the basis of the existing layout, the challenge was to implement the programmatic requirements and the project idea within the framework of the existing masonry compartmentalization. Optimization of spaces in terms of layout and elevation, improvement of the acoustic performance of the surroundings, three-dimensional organization of HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems, and careful attention to the detailing of joints between finishes and carpentry elements required a significant investment in project preparation to achieve the intended minimalist final result.
