Award winning at the Green Dot Awards with the bioclimatic design project for the new EB23 School in Stª. Maria da Feira. Project for the first Nattas store in Dubai: “Nattas Station Dubai”.

2023

Interior redesign of the Adriana Resort social areas (Stage 2). Redesign of Rooms and Suites at Hotel Eva (Stage 1 – 52 Rooms). Redesign of 34 rooms and terrace at Hotel Oriental.

The P3P Hospitality Architecture brand was created and with it the beginning of the studio in this market. Wins the tender and the award of the first project, for the Refurbishment of 116 Standard Rooms at the Adriana Resort.

Interior redesign of the Adriana Resort social areas (Stage 1).

Redesign of Rooms and Suites at Hotel Eva (Stage 2 – 40 Rooms). Redesign of Superior Rooms at Adriana Resort (Stage 1 – 134 Rooms). Redesign of 121 Apartments and Social Areas at Victoria Sport & Beach Hotel.

Redesign of Reception Atrium and Lounge at Hotel Oriental. Remodeling of the Gym and Expansion of the Terrace/Restaurant at the Victoria Sport & Beach Hotel. Redesign of 67 Basic Rooms and Sunset Bar at Adriana Resort. Redesign of Rooms and Suites at Hotel Eva (Stage 3 – 42 Rooms).

Redesign of Superior Rooms at Adriana Resort (Stage 2 – 116 Rooms).

Remodeling of “O Celeiro” Restaurant and the new Gastromarket, at Adriana Resort.
